Hi!

I’m Lauren, voice teacher and founder of San Antonio Broadway Theatre.

After living and performing in Boston and NYC for 10 years, I decided to move back to my hometown of San Antonio. I noticed there was an opportunity to add to the professional theater scene in my hometown. I founded Lauren Cosio Music Studio as well as San Antonio Broadway Theatre.

My goal is to train the next generation of great performers with my experience and connections to the Broadway world.

“Lauren is an incredible teacher. My daughter, Gabby started voice lessons with her when she was 6 years old. She wanted to sing an opera song “O Mio Babbino Caro” in Italian for her school talent show. She was already taking voice lessons but then Lauren was recommended to us. My daughter immediately adored Lauren and couldn’t wait to get her voice lesson. Lauren is patient and kind and really stresses the importance of proper technique for healthy vocals. We have been to many voice teachers over the years, even longtime people who have been in the NYC biz for 25 years . Gabby always prefers to go to Lauren if she is available.”
